Eagle's Nest Pass Region

The break in the Persimmon Mountain Range in the background is Eagle's Nest Pass, likely named for the Eagles' nests found in the pass. The dirt road is roughly in the middle of the slide. The shot was taken from the top of what we call the Wildhay Ridge which runs from the Eagle's Nest region to the headwaters of the Wildhay River.
